Chilli-Cheese Toast (Wholewheat)

Cheesy Toasts are everyone's favorite. Here is a healthy twist to the otherwise cheese loaded toast which is creamy as well as healthy-tasty.



All you need is a bunch of ingredients from your pantry to devour these yumm toasts.


Ingredients-

2 tbsp - Wheat flour

1 tbsp - Butter/ Clarified Ghee

1 tsp - Black pepper powder

3 Green Chillies Chopped

1 Cube Processed Cheese Grated

Salt to Taste

1 Cup Milk

6-7 Bread Slices


Instructions -

In a pan heat the butter/clarified ghee and add the flour. Roast the flour until it turns aromatic.Then, add milk while continuously so that no lumps are formed. Bring it to a boil.

Add pepper powder, chopped chilies and salt. Let the mixture boil until it thickens.

In a different pan add 1 tsp of butter and toast the bread slices. Spread the prepared mixture and then add the grated cheese.

Cover and cook until the Cheese melts.

Serve hot.
