Mango Shake with a Twist
Mango - everyone's favourite fruit is back. It's summertime which means abundant availability of Mangoes all around. So let's get to making some deliciousness.
Summertime calls for Mango Shake every morning for breakfast. So today we're going to be making a Mango Shake but with a twist. Here's my take on the delicious Mango Shake.
This creamy Mango Shake is so freshening. Having this for breakfast is a bliss. So creamy and delicious.
1 Cup Mango - Peeled and Chopped
1 Cup Milk - Chilled
1 tbsp - Sugar/Honey (for Sugar-free)
Zest of half a lemon
In a jar, add the chopped mangoes, sugar and milk. Now using a stick blender just blend everything to a nice consistency.
Now in goes the lemon zest and blend again. Use a normal blender if you don't happen to have a stick blender.
Pour in a glass and enjoy your healthy breakfast.

Pro - Tip : Using a stick blender helps create air and makes for a more delectable texture.
This milkshake is our take on the traditional Mango milkshakes we have all been devouring for years. Just addition of the zesty lemon brings in the freshness and elevates the drink. Quick and easy to make, and can be disguised as a dessert when served with a Scoop of Ice-cream topped with fresh fruit.
